![]() ![]() ![]() Conduct an annual SWOT analysis for schools in the region and share this information with CD and the CC department.Conduct research for other Beaconhouse brands, if required, in the region.Provide local feedback on marketing campaigns of Beaconhouse schools and group entities etc.This information must be shared with the CC Department and regularly updated Conduct periodic research (particularly tuition fee surveys) on competitors in the region.Forward key news/events information to HO for possible addition to websites/social media.Coordinate with the Head Office for final editing, if required.Assist schools with first level/basic editing.Monitor the design and structure of school newsletters.Monitor the frequency of school newsletters and develop an annual calendar.School Newsletters Inputs for BSS Website (10%) Improve the quality of events held by schools and the regional office and analyse marketing budgets of the schools in the region.Provide support, if required, for events in other regions.Share this data with the Corporate Communications team at the Head Office to possibly work on sponsorship for larger/more significant events.Help schools develop a calendar of events in the region and manage those events.Assist HO with the implementation of corporate events in the city (Conferences, etc.).Maintain a list of key parents who can assist with media relations/PR. ![]() Work with other teams in the department to log, record, manage, and monitor the production of communication projects and safeguard output, artwork, images, electronically, and through copyright.Monitor media in the region for news/views regarding schools, especially Beaconhouse.Create and maintain a database of education reporters/media in the region and share the data with the Corporate Communications team at the Head Office.Create and maintain a database of media and vendors ATL marketing activities will be handled by HO while BTL marketing activities will be managed by the regional team.Explore options for optimal utilization of New Media.Provide feedback and support for advertising campaigns (for example, identifying the best-suited newspaper for advertising according to the target market).Provide advice and support to managers and staff on various communication, event, and project related matters.Identify and develop additional communication channels and tools to enhance employee engagement and ensure efficient and effective delivery of key messages.Develop advertising concepts for regional and school campaigns.Manage the long and short-term marketing strategies of brand leads in coordination with them.Identify schools/programmes that require promotional support. ![]()
